1. Program description

XTX Freight Group LLC sends text messages about quotes, shipment coordination, pickup and delivery updates, and customer support to people who have opted in.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by otherwise giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your shipments and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

4. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Support@xtxfreightgroup.com or 978-955-9040.

5. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
